Return and Refund Policy

At Run For Your Lives Tee, every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

However, if there is an issue caused by us, we are committed to making it right.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received the wrong size compared to your order.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The printing quality is poor or significantly different from the product description.
  • Your order was lost during shipping (confirmed by the shipping carrier).

How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Depending on the issue, we may request:

Wrong Size

  • A photo of the size label.
  • A photo showing the product measurements.

Wrong Item / Printing Issue / Defective Product

  • One or more clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product.

Damaged Package

  • Photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

Providing complete information allows us to investigate your claim and prevent similar issues in the future.

Replacement Policy

If we determine that the issue was caused by our production or fulfillment process, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for approved replacement orders.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible or appropriate, we may issue either a full or partial refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.

In some situations, we may request that the original item be returned before issuing a refund. If a return is required due to reasons not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
  • The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • The customer refuses delivery of the package.
  • The customer does not provide sufficient information or photographs to verify the claim.
  • The package is delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • The customer has already initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Because all products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible if production has already started.

Cancellation Fees

Approved cancellations are subject to the following processing fees to cover payment gateway transaction costs and order processing expenses:

  • Orders under $50 USD: $5 cancellation fee
  • Orders of $50 USD or more: 15% of the order value

If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
